Salary: $134,000-$175,876 USD Base + Bonus

What you will do

• Lead strategic planning, content management, and onsite execution of annual GTM Kickoffs, managing logistics, agendas, and speaker prep with stakeholders and vendors.
• Plan and execute immersive quarterly in-person training events for new hires, plus support mid-year and team events.
• Draft and deliver communications like newsletters, announcements, and briefings; monitor effectiveness via metrics.
• Develop and deliver in-person and virtual sales training programs aligned with sales strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and enablement teams to create sales collateral, presentations, and playbooks.
• Work with sales leadership to identify needs, provide customized training plans, and ongoing support for managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; certifications in training a plus.
• 7+ years in enablement and sales, preferably in tech.
• Strong delivery skills in-person and virtually.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive, adaptable mindset.
• Excellent written/verbal communication with storytelling talent.
• Experience managing international cross-functional events; collaboration with senior leaders.
• Familiar with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, event platforms.
