Location: Hybrid role based in Bellevue, WA requiring in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday). 25%-30% travel required.

Salary: $154,000-$202,125 USD Base + Bonus

What you will do

• Lead strategic planning, content management, and onsite execution of annual GTM Kickoffs, managing logistics, agendas, and speaker prep with stakeholders and vendors.
• Plan and execute immersive quarterly in-person training events for new hires.
• Support mid-year, team events, and training activities; draft and deliver communications like newsletters and leadership updates.
• Develop and deliver engaging sales training programs in-person and virtually aligned with sales strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and enablement teams to create sales collateral, presentations, and playbooks.
• Work with sales leadership to identify needs, provide ongoing support, assess program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; certifications in training a plus.
• 7+ years in enablement and sales, preferably in technology.
• Extremely strong delivery skills in-person and virtually.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written/verbal communication, and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to manage international cross-functional events; highly organized in fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration with senior leaders; familiar with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, event platforms.
