What you will do

  • Develop and execute long-term growth strategies to expand revenue and market share in the A&D segment.
  • Influence product roadmaps across business units to meet evolving Aerospace & Defense requirements.
  • Lead strategic engagement with Primes, OEMs, and Tier 1 customers to ensure early design-in of solutions.
  • Define and drive technical marketing strategy and messaging across global platforms.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and lead M&A research to identify target assets for inorganic growth.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track progress against strategic segment goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in power electronics, semiconductors, or A&D infrastructure.
  • Proven track record in technical marketing and strategic leadership.
  • Deep understanding of system-level power architectures.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Must be based in California.
