What you will do

• Define the strategic vision and operational roadmap across key business functions.
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from ideation through implementation.
• Establish rigorous operational cadences, including business reviews and KPI tracking.
• Analyze business performance data to identify bottlenecks and translate insights into action.
• Build financial models and business cases to support strategic resource allocation.
• Optimize core operational processes and partner with Product to identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 8–15+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in building financial models.
• Experience managing high-performing teams and leading through influence.
• Must be based in the United States; international remote work is not accommodated.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level stakeholders.

• Experience operating in regulated or seasonal business environments.
• Background in healthcare, insurance, or similarly complex industries.
• Experience scaling operations at an early- to mid-stage startup.
