is building an AI-powered healthcare tech platform to help Medicare advisors guide seniors through complex coverage options.
What you will do
- Define the strategic vision and operational roadmap across key business functions.
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from ideation through implementation.
- Establish rigorous operational cadences, including business reviews and KPI tracking.
- Analyze business performance data to identify bottlenecks and translate insights into action.
- Build financial models and business cases to support strategic resource allocation.
- Optimize core operational processes and partner with Product to identify automation opportunities.
Requirements
- 8–15+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting in high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in building financial models.
- Experience managing high-performing teams and leading through influence.
- Must be based in the United States; international remote work is not accommodated.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience operating in regulated or seasonal business environments.
- Background in healthcare, insurance, or similarly complex industries.
- Experience scaling operations at an early- to mid-stage startup.
