What you will do

  • Build and manage the M&A pipeline aligned with the company's growth strategy, conducting due diligence and assessing strategic fits.
  • Lead transaction execution, including target reviews, risk identification, and the development of integration plans for acquisitions and divestments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, product, sales, legal, and HR to ensure seamless deal closing and integration.
  • Develop complex financial models and business cases for review by the CEO, CFO, and Board.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with investment banks, private equity firms, and M&A advisors.
  • Establish a robust M&A playbook covering sourcing, evaluation, pipeline management, and integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Finance, or Investment Banking.
  • 3-5 years of direct Corporate Development experience.
  • SaaS experience is required.
  • Extensive expertise in financial modeling and valuation analysis.
  • Proven track record of successfully handling all stages of transaction execution.
  • Must be based in the United States.
