What you will do

• Drive the operating cadence of the People Leadership Team, including leadership meetings, quarterly and annual planning, and strategic reviews.
• Ensure alignment across People functions and Centers of Excellence by linking strategy, planning, and execution.
• Partner with functional leaders, PMO and finance to translate company priorities into clear People team objectives and operational plans.
• Develop reporting mechanisms and dashboards to track key People metrics, strategic initiatives, and organizational performance.
• Identify and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to improve the operating efficiency of the People organization.

Requirements

• Experience as a Chief of Staff, Strategy Lead, or similar role supporting a senior executive.
• 8–12+ years of experience in HR, strategy, operations, consulting, or business operations.
• Strong strategic thinking and program management skills with the ability to translate strategy into operational execution.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with experience supporting senior executives and working effectively across cross-functional stakeholders to drive results across complex organizations.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across complex organizations.
• A genuine AI adopter who actively uses AI tools to do their own work better.
