What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison to the agency for all email marketing projects, creating creative briefs and managing schedules.
• Coordinate and organize email marketing assets for demand generation and company stakeholders.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for email marketing projects and internal partners.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies within Eloqua throughout the full buying cycle.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate the team's success and ROI.
• Manage project workloads and provide work estimates to keep email initiatives on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience with Marketing Automation tools such as Eloqua, Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo.
• Strong organizational, project, and resource management skills.
• Ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms to management.
• Must be based in Austin, Texas.
