What you will do

• Build and launch email campaigns using ESPs such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
• Develop responsive email templates and write tailored subject lines, body copy, and CTAs.
• Manage and segment contact databases ranging from 20k to 200k+ contacts.
• Create automated drip sequences, abandoned cart flows, and behavioral triggers.
• Monitor domain health and ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA.
• Analyze performance metrics and build dashboards to track revenue attribution via Google Analytics or CRM tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional email marketing experience.
• Proficiency in at least one major ESP (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, or Mailchimp).
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing.
• Ability to work during U.S. client business hours.

• Experience managing email programs for 50k+ contacts.
• Familiarity with deliverability tools like Litmus or GlockApps.
