What you will do

• Drive technical direction and strategic planning across the Technology organization to advance product commercialization.
• Shape the technical vision and ensure cohesive system architecture and solution design.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to define scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Develop and mature the technical roadmap to align with business goals and product objectives.
• Establish clear, measurable objectives for engineering teams and ensure successful roadmap execution.
• Mentor TPMs and engineers in problem-solving and technical decision-making.

Requirements

• Master's degree in CS, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field (or Bachelor's with 5+ years of experience).
• Experience with ADAS or autonomy stack software development (perception, prediction, or planning).
• Deep understanding of ADAS/autonomy system architecture and sensors (Camera, Radar, Lidar).
• Experience working with automotive safety-critical systems.
• Proven track record of releasing products for mass production.
• Strong professional experience in project or program management.
