TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas (Hybrid or Remote options available)

Salary: $90,000 – $170,300 OTE

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of mid-size and enterprise accounts, including onboarding, QBRs, health scoring, and renewals.
  • Drive net revenue retention through strategic upsell, cross-sell, and contract expansion.
  • Conduct interactive onboarding sessions, trainings, and workshops to ensure fast time-to-value.
  • Monitor customer engagement data to proactively identify and mitigate churn risks.
  • Translate customer feedback into structured insights for product and engineering teams.
  • Utilize AI tools and automation to optimize account management and workflow.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS, with a focus on retention and expansion targets.
  • Proven ability to lead customer onboarding workshops and technical trainings.
  • Strong commercial instinct for identifying growth opportunities and handling renewal negotiations.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to portfolio prioritization.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Must be based in Austin, Texas.

Nice to have

  • Experience or genuine interest in electronics, manufacturing, or hardware supply chains.
  • Fluency in Spanish or French to support customers in Mexico and Canada.
