What you will do

  • Own and evolve core people programs across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance, development, and retention.
  • Design and implement scalable processes that maintain consistency during rapid organizational growth.
  • Partner with business leaders on talent planning, internal mobility, and development pathways.
  • Equip managers with the necessary tools, resources, and guidance to lead effectively.
  • Track key metrics regarding engagement, retention, and diversity to deliver insights to executives.
  • Support organizational changes such as team scaling and restructuring.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Program Management.
  • Experience working in mid-sized or high-growth companies (100–500 employees preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to both build and operationalize programs from scratch.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Hawthorne, California.
