What you will do
- Own and evolve core people programs across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance, development, and retention.
- Design and implement scalable processes that maintain consistency during rapid organizational growth.
- Partner with business leaders on talent planning, internal mobility, and development pathways.
- Equip managers with the necessary tools, resources, and guidance to lead effectively.
- Track key metrics regarding engagement, retention, and diversity to deliver insights to executives.
- Support organizational changes such as team scaling and restructuring.
Requirements
- 4β7 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Program Management.
- Experience working in mid-sized or high-growth companies (100β500 employees preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to both build and operationalize programs from scratch.
- Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Hawthorne, California.
