What you will do

• Partner with business owners and senior leadership to execute people strategies during rapid growth.
• Coach and advise managers on best practices, team dynamics, and employee engagement.
• Provide guidance on business restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues to improve morale and retention.
• Design and implement new people programs using data-driven metrics for key insights.
• Interpret and apply HR policies across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably supporting engineering groups.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, outcome-oriented environments.
• High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills for coaching leaders.
• Data-driven approach and high attention to detail.
