Property Team Lead (Hospitality)

Salary: $26.25/hour (Approx. $4,200/month) + bonus up to $500/month

What you will do

• Lead daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
• Manage and support a team of Guest Experience Associates, providing real-time feedback and training.
• Resolve escalated guest issues with autonomy and high-level judgement.
• Conduct operational audits to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with other property team members to foster a "one team" mentality.
• Track inventory and coordinate with property leadership on operational needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer service (hospitality, retail, or F&B).
• 1+ year of experience as a team lead, supervisor, or mentor.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability for rotational scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
