Salary: $140,000–$160,000 (Base), plus commission and equity

What you will do
- Exceed sales quotas and expand market presence within the North American private sector.
- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans to build a consistent sales pipeline.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with crypto-native and enterprise clients.
- Navigate complex sales cycles to close strategic deals and grow existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide technical guidance and craft compelling customer proposals.
- Evangelize blockchain security solutions through conference presentations and direct customer engagement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with specific industry knowledge in crypto or DeFi.
- Proven track record of meeting and over-achieving sales quotas in consultative environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and buying processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for CXO-level interactions.
- Must be authorized to work in the US to align with regional sales territory requirements.
- Ability to travel as required for customer-facing meetings and conferences.

- Experience selling solutions related to risk and compliance, data analytics, financial crimes, or data security.
