TL;DR

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 (Base), plus commission and equity

What you will do

  • Exceed sales quotas and expand market presence within the North American private sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans to build a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with crypto-native and enterprise clients.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles to close strategic deals and grow existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide technical guidance and craft compelling customer proposals.
  • Evangelize blockchain security solutions through conference presentations and direct customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with specific industry knowledge in crypto or DeFi.
  • Proven track record of meeting and over-achieving sales quotas in consultative environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and buying processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for CXO-level interactions.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US to align with regional sales territory requirements.
  • Ability to travel as required for customer-facing meetings and conferences.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling solutions related to risk and compliance, data analytics, financial crimes, or data security.
