What you will do
- Recruit, lead, and develop a team of Majors Account Executives focused on the largest US enterprises.
- Instill a disciplined approach to value selling, focusing on financial and technical benefits.
- Drive accurate forecasting, territory planning, and rigorous execution of the sales process.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Act as a deal coach and escalation point for complex negotiations and platform adoption.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute within New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales.
- Minimum of 3 years in a first-line sales management role leading high-performing teams.
- Deep domain expertise in networking, security, or application delivery.
- Demonstrated success closing multi-year contracts with Fortune 500 or Global 2000 companies.
- Experience navigating complex, high-growth enterprise environments.
