What you will do

  • Recruit, lead, and develop a team of Majors Account Executives focused on the largest US enterprises.
  • Instill a disciplined approach to value selling, focusing on financial and technical benefits.
  • Drive accurate forecasting, territory planning, and rigorous execution of the sales process.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Act as a deal coach and escalation point for complex negotiations and platform adoption.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute within New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a first-line sales management role leading high-performing teams.
  • Deep domain expertise in networking, security, or application delivery.
  • Demonstrated success closing multi-year contracts with Fortune 500 or Global 2000 companies.
  • Experience navigating complex, high-growth enterprise environments.
