What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum events and guide the team in Scrum practices
• Conduct 1-on-1s and provide support to team members
• Manage stakeholder communication to align priorities and ensure delivery
• Track project progress and metrics with effective reporting
• Adjust team priorities based on estimation and feedback
• Work with cross-functional teams for project alignment
• Maintain documentation and support SOW alignment

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate English level
• 3+ years of project management experience with PM theory and tools
• Strong people management and team facilitation skills
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with metrics: predictability, estimation, velocity, capacity, change requests
• Excellent reporting skills and hands-on experience
• Solid understanding of Scrum with experience facilitating events
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, solve problems, and adapt

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Statement of Work (SOW) processes and documentation
• Experience with budget planning
