What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide teams in Agile practices
• Support backlog refinement and collaborate with stakeholders on priorities
• Guide teams through Jira transition and ensure proper usage
• Define, track, and improve Scrum metrics to drive performance
• Identify and remove impediments for smooth delivery
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders like Engineering Manager
• Promote collaborative team environment with transparency

Requirements

• 3+ years as Scrum Master facilitating ceremonies and Agile practices
• Proven daily work with Scrum teams
• Strong hands-on Jira experience
• Solid Agile/Scrum principles understanding
• Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management
• Proactive risk identification, assessment, mitigation
• Consistency, discipline, attention to detail
• Focus on transparency and team visibility
• Upper-Intermediate+ English
• Experience with distributed multi-cultural teams across time zones

Nice to have

• Salesforce-based projects experience
• Jira migration support and metrics setup
• SAFe familiarity and relevant certifications
