Salary: $161,000 - $250,000 yearly

What you will do
- Lead deep discovery to define real human problems in intimate health, focusing on routines, stigma, and emotional weight.
- Partner with New Ventures leadership to translate strategic themes into evidence-based problem spaces and venture theses.
- Establish research and insight capabilities, standards, and operating models for exploring early-stage opportunities.
- Convert human insights into experience principles, design criteria, and actionable venture directions.
- Pressure-test internal assumptions and solution biases using evidence to ensure the right problems are being solved.
- Collaborate with Technology Architects and Clinical Development to ensure concepts are desirable, usable, and feasible.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (Advanced degree preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in UX research, design strategy, or human-centered design.
- Deep experience in healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences, particularly with sensitive or stigmatized topics.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders through evidence and synthesis.
- Experience shaping early concepts and opportunity spaces rather than just validating mature products.
- Exposure to regulated product development and human factors/usability work is strongly preferred.
