Salary: $41,100 - $68,900 USD

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for 5-150 clients within the Business Licensing Team.
• Manage the fulfillment of business licensing work and provide regular status updates on projects and renewals.
• Handle 50-75 client emails daily in an accurate and timely manner.
• Lead client meetings to discuss ongoing projects and resolve barriers to licensure.
• Collaborate with onboarding teams to set up new order and project requests in the system.
• Identify client needs and pursue upsell opportunities to drive growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or licensing.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in White Plains, NY and attend in-person interviews.
• Proficiency in Windows-based environments, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe PDF.
• Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal communication skills.
