TL;DR

Associate Customer Success Manager (Education): Own post-sale relationships with school partners from onboarding through ongoing engagement via email, phone, and onsite visits, driving student participation and partner satisfaction. Focus on identifying expansion opportunities, gathering product feedback, and tracking annual partner goals with student data analysis.

Location: Onsite at 152 West 57th Street, New York, NY or North Palm Beach office. No work authorization or visa sponsorship. Ability to travel to schools required.

Salary: $65,000–$100,000 (base + target incentives)

What you will do

  • Manage full school partner lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing touchpoints, driving satisfaction.
  • Serve as primary contact for superintendents, principals, counselors, and school leaders.
  • Identify opportunities to expand usage and deepen engagement in partner schools.
  • Gather and relay product feedback to inform platform improvements.
  • Refine processes and systems for school partners.
  • Develop and track annual partner goals aligned with mission, analyzing student participation data.

Requirements

  • Proven flexibility with new technology and systems.
  • Organized self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for building relationships with school leaders.
  • Passion for improving high school student outcomes through education.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel to schools for meetings and support.

Nice to have

  • Experience in education as high school educator, counselor, or college access counselor.
  • Prior experience in partner success or partnerships role.
