What you will do
- Lead customer project deliveries for successful outcomes and high satisfaction.
- Understand customer journeys, challenges, and opportunities to guide adoption and usage.
- Maintain long-term relationships and pursue up-sell opportunities.
- Gather and analyze customer data to improve delivery and strategy.
- Develop global Customer Success processes and host local trainings.
- Provide coaching to associates and assist with office tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant area.
- 3+ years in customer success role.
- Experience leading customer initiatives, managing enterprise accounts, and driving adoption.
- Skills in relationship management, project planning, and execution.
- Business-oriented with customer-centric mindset and high initiative.
