New York City salary range: $167,000 - $251,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

What you will do
- Own deal strategy for complex opportunities, advising on pricing, packaging, contract terms, and negotiation tactics for enterprise and non-standard deals
- Drive end-to-end deal execution by reviewing and approving non-standard transactions within SLA, ensuring policy alignment
- Act as connective tissue across Sales, Legal, Finance, RevOps, and Accounting to align on structures, mitigate risks, and remove blockers
- Partner on non-standard deal structures balancing business impact with compliance and revenue recognition
- Improve Quote to Order processes, leverage AI tools, codify best practices, and enable faster Sales operations
Requirements
- 5+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or similar deal strategy role in SaaS/subscription business
- Strong understanding of deal structuring, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
- Experience partnering with Legal and Finance on non-standard terms and approvals
- Proficiency with Salesforce (CPQ experience strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with channel selling model and cloud marketplaces
