What you will do

• Design and build scalable full-stack services using Ruby on Rails and React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features that improve the Care Support experience.
• Expand and maintain existing web applications and infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership in architectural discussions, code reviews, and system planning.
• Ensure high engineering standards through test coverage, documentation, and observability.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support system reliability and production issues.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software development with a focus on backend or full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, or React.
• Proven ability to independently lead the delivery of complex technical projects.
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
• Must be based in the San Francisco metro area or be able to relocate independently.

Nice to have
