Location: Torrance, California, USA. Expected onsite schedule is four days per week.

Salary: $122,430 – $194,390 USD

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Implement robust APIs and user interfaces to support critical business workflows.
• Design and evolve relational and NoSQL database schemas and optimize application performance.
• Own complex features from initial requirements through deployment and post-release support.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Manufacturing teams to define technical requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and API specifications.

Requirements

• Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to U.S. export controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience building modern frontend applications using React, Vue, or Angular.
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL database design and data modeling.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, aerospace, automotive, robotics, or defense.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or providing technical guidance to peers.
