What you will do

• Drive features from problem framing through design partnership, full-stack implementation, and rollout.
• Build agentic onboarding flows that operate within developer IDEs and integrate with MCP servers.
• Instrument and analyze the growth funnel to improve activation and paid conversion metrics.
• Ship MCP server capabilities and agent skills to extend platform functionality into developer tools.
• Partner with product, design, and data teams to turn qualitative signals into shippable experiments.
• Dogfood the platform by using flags and guarded rollouts on your own work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping features.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-first features using MCP servers, agent frameworks, or LLM tool-use.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript and React on the frontend, and Go or Node on the backend.
• Experience moving product-led growth metrics through instrumentation, funnel analysis, and A/B testing.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively across product and design teams.
