Location: Must be located in Washington, D.C. and willing to come into the office 4 days/week

Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 Annually

What you will do

• Design and maintain a structured framework connecting verticals, use cases, personas, and workflows.
• Build and own a centralized source of truth for vertical use cases and customer persona profiles.
• Develop and deliver training on vertical-specific solutions and persona-aware storytelling.
• Create field-ready enablement resources such as guides, playbooks, demo scripts, and videos.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing to align personas with ICPs and roadmaps.
• Define success metrics and iterate on enablement content based on field adoption and impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions, Product, or Sales Enablement.
• Proven ability to build enablement systems from scratch, including documentation and learning experiences.
• Strong skill in translating technical complexity into clear, field-ready guidance.
• Experience facilitating live trainings and workshops.
• Located in Washington, D.C.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, B2G, or public safety environments.
• Builder mindset with a bias toward action in ambiguous problem spaces.
