Location: Must be based in the USA
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year + 10% variable compensation

What you will do
- Design and implement comprehensive enablement strategies for success, support, and implementation teams.
- Use learning analytics and CX performance data to measure program effectiveness and drive coaching interventions.
- Partner with leadership to integrate AI and automation into CX workflows to enhance productivity.
- Create and curate impactful enablement content including playbooks, training materials, and QBR frameworks.
- Deliver engaging workshops and training sessions to reinforce core skills like onboarding and renewal motions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure strategic alignment and consistent messaging.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or CX within a SaaS environment.
- At least 1+ year of direct experience in an Enablement-focused role.
- Proven success in designing and executing enablement programs that drive measurable performance improvements.
- Expertise with GTM and enablement tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, and WorkRamp.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable strategies.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Nice to have
- Direct Customer Success Manager (CSM) experience.
- Experience with Skilljar, Articulate, Outreach.io, or LeanData.
