What you will do

• Lead custom product demonstrations in client meetings and calls based on customer business processes and workflows.
• Manage, train, and coach a team of Solutions Engineers, including Enterprise-level SEs.
• Implement new SE processes with Solutions Engineering leaders and hold the team accountable to performance standards.
• Reduce onboarding rejection rate and improve sales close rate by identifying and instituting process improvements.
• Review demos, provide feedback, and enforce demo quality standards; run weekly 1:1s with each SE.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Pro Sales and Enterprise teams; respond to RFIs/RFPs and relay customer requirements to Product Management.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in a Solutions Engineer role at a SaaS company.
• 1–2 years in a management role (preferred).
• Proven track record of success at previous companies.
• Ability to explain complex technical and product concepts clearly in practical business terms.
• Strong teaching, leadership, and presentation skills; professional verbal and written communication.
