Salary: $155,400–$166,300 USD (base) + variable commission

What you will do
- Lead custom product demonstrations in client meetings and calls based on customer business processes and workflows.
- Manage, train, and coach a team of Solutions Engineers, including Enterprise-level SEs.
- Implement new SE processes with Solutions Engineering leaders and hold the team accountable to performance standards.
- Reduce onboarding rejection rate and improve sales close rate by identifying and instituting process improvements.
- Review demos, provide feedback, and enforce demo quality standards; run weekly 1:1s with each SE.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Pro Sales and Enterprise teams; respond to RFIs/RFPs and relay customer requirements to Product Management.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in a Solutions Engineer role at a SaaS company.
- 1–2 years in a management role (preferred).
- Proven track record of success at previous companies.
- Ability to explain complex technical and product concepts clearly in practical business terms.
- Strong teaching, leadership, and presentation skills; professional verbal and written communication.
