What you will do

• Define best practices for writing in AI-powered products, including prompting and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with product designers, PMs, engineers, and AI researchers to shape product interactions.
• Oversee language across the product suite, creating taxonomies and glossaries for human and agentic ingestion.
• Measure and evaluate the quality of AI-generated language.
• Iterate on the user experience and refine storytelling around product needs and opportunities.
• Contribute to the overall product strategy for hirify.global's offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience crafting simple, intuitive language solutions for complex user experiences.
• Proficiency in collaborating within design and technical environments like hirify.global and GitHub.
• Deep understanding of the behavior and architecture of modern AI products.
• Ability to develop systems-oriented, cohesive product narratives.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience writing system prompts, designing agent behaviors, or creating AI-powered features.
• Experience working directly with code, APIs, or other developer tooling.
• Track record of leading 0-to-1 initiatives in ambiguous, fast-moving spaces.
