What you will do

  • Own the full sales compensation cycle, including monthly crediting runs, quota alignment, and payout calculations.
  • Lead the end-to-end variable compensation process for new business units.
  • Design and refine compensation plans (OTE structure, quota bands, accelerators, SPIFs) alongside sales leadership.
  • Manage compensation enablement, including plan documentation, rep training, and onboarding materials.
  • Act as a cross-functional partner for Quote to Cash and a liaison between Finance and Sales regarding policy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions operations, or Revenue Operations at a high-growth tech company.
  • Hands-on admin experience with ICM platforms such as Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Everstage, or Spiff.
  • Strong Quote to Cash fluency and deep understanding of how forecasting and sales policy affect compensation.
  • Advanced Salesforce skills for building reports and auditing data.
  • Strong analytical rigor and the ability to communicate complex financial data to various stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with usage-based or consumption billing models.
  • Familiarity with Stripe Billing or MonetizeNow.
  • Background in fast-scaling companies with rapidly evolving compensation plans.
