What you will do
- Own the full sales compensation cycle, including monthly crediting runs, quota alignment, and payout calculations.
- Lead the end-to-end variable compensation process for new business units.
- Design and refine compensation plans (OTE structure, quota bands, accelerators, SPIFs) alongside sales leadership.
- Manage compensation enablement, including plan documentation, rep training, and onboarding materials.
- Act as a cross-functional partner for Quote to Cash and a liaison between Finance and Sales regarding policy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions operations, or Revenue Operations at a high-growth tech company.
- Hands-on admin experience with ICM platforms such as Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Everstage, or Spiff.
- Strong Quote to Cash fluency and deep understanding of how forecasting and sales policy affect compensation.
- Advanced Salesforce skills for building reports and auditing data.
- Strong analytical rigor and the ability to communicate complex financial data to various stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with usage-based or consumption billing models.
- Familiarity with Stripe Billing or MonetizeNow.
- Background in fast-scaling companies with rapidly evolving compensation plans.
