TL;DR

Senior GTM Enablement Partner (SaaS): Driving enablement execution for the Account Executive organization with an accent on coaching infrastructure, discovery quality, and qualification rigor. Focus on implementing consultative selling frameworks, analyzing performance data via Gong and Salesforce, and reducing AE ramp time.

Location: Remote in North America (EST and CST time zones)

What you will do

  • Develop and deliver onboarding, ramping, and everboarding programs for AEs and Sales Managers.
  • Implement a structured coaching rhythm involving call reviews, scoring, and targeted 1:1 coaching.
  • Embed consultative selling (Challenger) and qualification (MEDDICC) frameworks into daily execution.
  • Analyze performance trends using Salesforce and Gong to identify and resolve performance gaps.
  • Partner with RevOps to design scalable systems and tools training to improve seller self-sufficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align enablement with business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Leadership within high-growth startups (Series B+).
  • Proven track record of carrying a quota as an AE, BDR, or Sales Leader.
  • Hands-on experience reinforcing consultative selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger) and qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC).
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and Gong for revenue intelligence and performance insights.
  • Experience building enablement playbooks and deploying learning programs in an LMS.
  • Must be based in North America (EST or CST time zones).

Nice to have

  • Experience enabling sales teams specifically within the nonprofit sector.
  • Formal certifications in Challenger, MEDDICC, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience with 30 Minutes to President’s Club (30MPC) or similar high-repetition training frameworks.
