What you will do
- Design and operationalize GTM enablement for Enterprise, Modules, and Base product offerings.
- Build structured account review and expansion frameworks to identify whitespace and increase Net Revenue Retention.
- Standardize opportunity management and deal execution using MEDDIC and Miller Heiman methodologies.
- Develop sales certification programs and strategies to reduce sales stage duration and improve forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with the VP of AI to build a world-class internal Agentic AI framework for discovery trends and account planning.
- Align field messaging with product roadmaps and serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Sales Leadership within B2B SaaS.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-product enterprise sales environments.
- Proven success driving measurable revenue outcomes through enablement.
- Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Miller Heiman, Challenger, etc.).
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting expansion into new verticals or adjacent markets.
- Background in enterprise software or marketing technology (MarTech).
- Prior experience building or rapidly scaling enablement functions from scratch.
