What you will do

• Own the global BCG relationship, driving pipeline growth and enterprise impact across priority industries.
• Define and run hirify.global’s operating model for the BCG partnership, including governance, joint planning, and execution cadence.
• Serve as the senior executive counterpart to BCG’s global leadership, including BCG X and relevant practice leaders.
• Lead co-selling of complex, CxO-level enterprise AI transformation opportunities.
• Engage directly with CEOs, CIOs, and CTOs to frame AI strategy, operating models, and value realization.
• Build and lead a dedicated BCG alliance pod spanning partner management, technical leadership, and operations.

Requirements

• Associate Partner, Principal, or Partner-level experience at an MBB firm or equivalent senior leadership in strategy and transformation.
• Proven ownership of global, multi-year strategic partnerships with executive accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Deep literacy in enterprise AI, data, and cloud transformation with credibility among CxO executives.
• Experience shaping and closing high-stakes, board-level enterprise transformation opportunities.
• Industry expertise in at least one vertical: Financial Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Retail.
• Location: Must be based in New York City
