Head of Partner Success (AI): Build and lead the Partner Success team from scratch to select and scale top consulting partners for Claude AI deployments with an accent on defining selection criteria, engagement models, and co-investment strategies. San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY. Location-based hybrid policy: expect to be in office at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship available, but not guaranteed for every role.
Annual Salary: $300,000 - $355,000 USD

What you will do
- Build and lead the Partner Success team: hire managers, define portfolio management processes, and establish the team's operating system.
- Carry a portfolio of managed partners as a reference implementation and set the standard for excellence.
- Design criteria for partner selection, entry, and graduation from the managed portfolio.
- Define engagement models, including proactive/reactive support, joint planning, and business reviews.
- Drive scalable enablement, adoption, retention, expansion, and industry specialization across partners.
- Steward co-investment decisions, interlock with sales and alliances teams, define regional coverage, and instrument portfolio metrics.
Requirements
- 6-10 years experience with consulting/systems integration partners at software/cloud companies, including 2+ years managing a team.
- Built or scaled a partner-facing team from scratch (hiring, onboarding, methodology).
- Deep understanding of partner success in usage-based businesses, tied to adoption/retention/expansion metrics.
- Strong commercial instincts for partner selection and co-investment.
- Experience in scalable enablement or eagerness to learn; technical fluency for architecture reviews.
- Comfortable collaborating with alliances team; daily use of Claude/LLMs for work.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
Nice to have
- Experience with global systems integrators (Accenture, Deloitte, etc.).
- Worked at company transitioning to partner-led motion.
- Stewarded co-investment at scale or built vertical industry motions.
- Designed engagement models for small teams covering large ecosystems.
