What you will do

  • Own and evolve the global AWS partnership strategy, focusing on co-sell, marketplace, and joint solution development.
  • Manage engagement with strategic ISV partners such as Snowflake and Databricks to expand GTM reach and joint value propositions.
  • Optimize engagement with AWS partner programs, including ISV Accelerate, WMP, MPOPP, and MDF programs.
  • Drive pipeline generation through joint activities, partner summits, and executive roundtables.
  • Lead complex multi-party deal orchestration and scale AWS Marketplace transactions, including Private Offers.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships within AWS and ISV partner organizations to influence prioritization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or business development within enterprise software or cloud ecosystems.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in the AWS partner ecosystem, specifically with co-sell and funding programs.
  • Proven success influencing executive stakeholders and driving scalable GTM motions.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML ecosystems.
  • Excellent executive presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
