TL;DR

Director, New Business Agentic Products (AI): Leading the foundation and go-to-market strategy for a new agentic product line with an accent on enterprise sales, technical narrative development, and executive relationship management. Focus on building the GTM playbook from scratch, driving net-new revenue, and scaling the business through direct collaboration with the CEO.

Location: Remote within the US, with a hybrid expectation of 2-3 days per week in the Mountain View, CA office.

Salary: $300,000 – $400,000

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for a net-new product line, from ICP identification to closing.
  • Develop foundational GTM strategies including messaging, discovery methodology, and deal strategy.
  • Engage directly with C-level and VP-level buyers at enterprise accounts.
  • Lead discovery and technical demos, effectively translating AI capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to iterate on go-to-market approaches.
  • Establish the framework to recruit and lead a dedicated GTM team as the product scales.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US with the ability to work from the Mountain View office.
  • Deep fluency in agentic AI, including workflows, orchestration, and automation.
  • Proven track record selling enterprise software and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Builder mentality with experience creating sales processes or playbooks from scratch.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate an AI mindset by integrating LLM tools into daily workflows to improve productivity.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling analytics, AI/ML, or data platform products.
  • Prior experience as a founding or first-hire seller at a startup or new business line.
