Salary: $80,000–$125,000

What you will do
- Develop electrical system designs including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and nurse call systems.
- Perform existing building surveys and document current electrical and fire alarm conditions.
- Prepare, edit, and coordinate electrical specifications and construction documents.
- Author engineering reports, assessment reports, and Basis of Design (BOD) documents.
- Coordinate with internal project teams, architects, and other engineering disciplines.
- Support construction administration activities including RFIs, submittal reviews, and field coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of electrical design experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and design guidelines.
- Ability to perform lighting photometric, voltage drop, and short-circuit calculations.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience with HCAI / OSHPD standards.
- LEED accreditation or sustainable design experience.
- Experience in science, technology, or education sectors.
