What you will do

  • Develop executive relationships with REITs, national retailers, and developers to build and convert portfolio-level pipelines.
  • Originate and negotiate portfolio partnerships to unlock multi-site pipelines through master terms and scalable approvals.
  • Represent the company at major industry events, such as ICSC, to translate networking into active deal flow.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking and forecasting within a CRM to improve the acquisition engine.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Government Affairs to ensure sites are buildable and compliant.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of site acquisition or real estate dealmaking experience with portfolio owners or national developers.
  • Proven ability to source and close deals end-to-end, including executive-level negotiations.
  • Strong contracting instincts with experience driving LOIs to definitive agreement execution.
  • Working knowledge of early feasibility considerations, including zoning, land-use, and permitting constraints.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Deep existing network across retail real estate decision-makers and ownership groups.
  • Track record of converting relationships into multi-site programs with standardized terms.
  • Experience creating executive influence decks to drive decision-making.
  • Experience using AI tools to increase throughput and quality in a fast-paced environment.
