What you will do

• Define operating models and strategy for scalable logistics across all global markets.
• Manage carrier performance, pricing health, and rate structures to ensure accountability.
• Lead operational responses to shipping disruptions by building scalable processes and playbooks.
• Translate operational pain points into prioritized requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Shape carrier network strategy by evaluating coverage gaps and managing vendor relationships.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to BD, Finance, and senior leadership as a strategic partner.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in strategy and operations roles (e.g., consulting, finance, logistics).
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategies for scalable, high-quality operations.
• Strong analytical judgment and proficiency in SQL or analytics platforms (Looker, Sigma, Hex).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership.
• Experience operating in high-growth environments with a high comfort level for ambiguity.
• Must be located within commuting distance of New York, San Francisco, Phoenix, or Los Angeles hubs.
