Salary: $115,000 - $150,000

What you will do

• Own reverse logistics processes across customer returns, 30-day trial returns, and wholesale returns, ensuring consistent and scalable workflows.
• Collaborate with third party logistics providers responsible for returns processing to ensure efficient handling and disposition of returned products.
• Partner with internal teams including Membership Services, Manufacturing, Hardware, and Product to resolve operational issues impacting the returns experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve reverse logistics processes, reduce operational costs, and increase recovery of usable inventory.
• Analyze returns and reverse logistics data to identify operational issues and improvement opportunities.
• Support financial reconciliation and reporting of reverse logistics costs with the goal of improving gross margins while maintaining a strong member experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Business Operations.
• Experience with reverse logistics in a consumer good environment a must.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
