Salary: US Pay Range $92,100 - $110,500 USD

What you will do

• Work with operations, fleet management, finance and third-party entities to maximize efficiency, cost and loss efficiency, and reduce risks and liability exposure.
• Collaborate with engineering, safety, legal, and project teams to produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly goal plans, requests for procurement, and tasks list for efficient and effective operations.
• Define, communicate, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for our teams.
• Manage all maintenance related paperwork, documentation, invoices, etc. Enter information into database and analyze maintenance failures to understand costs and how to prevent downtime in the future.
• Maintain database of all site assets including facilities, trucks, parts, equipment, tools, etc., including location, repositioning/relocation, current value or replacement costs, damages, surplus, depreciation factors, etc.
• Continuous review and communicate daily weather forecast, road conditions and closures, traffic concerns and accidents, etc., that could cause a slow down or stoppage, and help drivers and conductors avoid potential dangers.

Requirements

• Valid US Driver’s license with a safe driving record required.
• Experience with operations, fleet management, finance and third-party entities.
• Knowledge of equipment and vendors to ensure power unit specifications, lower fuel costs and improve miles per gallon.
• Experience quantifying, analyzing, and documenting logistics of labor cost, mileage and logs, hours on the road, mechanical loss time, truck and equipment maintenance histories and logs, driver/conductor loss time, gas/diesel/oil logs, fuel cards, inspection and sticker logs, hazmat logs, etc.
