What you will do
- Own the overall strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for provider intervention and drug incentive programs.
- Drive the rollout and implementation of new interventions, creating internal tools and external launch plans.
- Partner with Commercial Directors to prioritize rollout opportunities and develop adoption strategies and messaging.
- Collaborate with Product and Product Operations to design dashboards and reduce participation friction.
- Act as a key client-facing leader for oncology practices, supporting onboarding and workflow adoption.
- Define KPIs and partner with Health Economics and Data Science to measure financial and clinical impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare, health tech, or value-based care.
- 3+ years of experience in provider engagement, network management, or clinical program implementation.
- Proven track record of building and scaling provider-facing programs from early stage to broad adoption.
- Experience working directly with physician practices and navigating clinical operational realities.
- Ability to develop GTM strategies and data-driven value propositions for healthcare providers.
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- Expertise in oncology, specialty care, or pharmacy/drug economics (e.g., Part B spend, biosimilar adoption).
- Familiarity with value-based care models, including shared savings or capitated arrangements.
- Experience with EHR/EMR integrations or practice-level workflow design.
- Background working with independent or community oncology practices.
