What you will do

• Conduct 150-200 outbound calls daily to patients via auto-dialer tools.
• Book an average of 19 appointments per day by engaging patients and caregivers.
• Educate patients on the importance and benefits of receiving ordered services at home.
• Manage inbound requests from existing outreach campaigns.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Escalate complex patient concerns to appropriate internal teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to work Eastern Time (EDT).
• At least 2 years of outbound call center experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Five9.
