What you will do
- Diagnose and resolve routine technical issues for end users within established service-level agreements.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application problems using approved tools and procedures.
- Document all interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership until resolution.
- Assist in onboarding activities including user account setup and system configuration.
- Communicate effectively with end users to provide status updates and guidance.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Proven experience in technical support or a service desk role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and applications.
- Proficiency in documenting technical issues and resolutions.
- Ability to work with moderate independence in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with end users.
