What you will do

  • Diagnose and resolve routine technical issues for end users within established service-level agreements.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application problems using approved tools and procedures.
  • Document all interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership until resolution.
  • Assist in onboarding activities including user account setup and system configuration.
  • Communicate effectively with end users to provide status updates and guidance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Proven experience in technical support or a service desk role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and applications.
  • Proficiency in documenting technical issues and resolutions.
  • Ability to work with moderate independence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with end users.
