What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and aerospace-focused roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Proactively engage high-caliber candidates through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Manage interview processes to ensure a positive candidate experience and strong cultural alignment.
• Utilize recruiting data and market insights to inform strategy and improve hiring effectiveness.
• Coordinate with People Operations to ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter.
• 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse (or similar ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Must be a U.S. person per U.S. Government export regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
