Salary: $138,000–$173,000

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and aerospace-focused roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Proactively engage high-caliber candidates through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Manage interview processes to ensure a positive candidate experience and strong cultural alignment.
- Utilize recruiting data and market insights to inform strategy and improve hiring effectiveness.
- Coordinate with People Operations to ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter.
- 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse (or similar ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Must be a U.S. person per U.S. Government export regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
