Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to South San Francisco, California, USA (Hybrid: 1-2 days remote per week)

Salary: $135,000 - $170,000

• Partner with executives and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and optimize team output.
• Strategically build and manage pipelines of diverse, exceptionally qualified candidates.
• Source and engage top-tier talent across various creative platforms.
• Ensure a premium candidate experience and maintain high standards of data cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to share best practices and achieve collective hiring goals.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of high-volume, full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing high-quality operational and/or technical talent.
• Ability to adapt and multitask within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a passion for building diverse teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work from the South San Francisco HQ on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with hardware recruiting.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse, GEM, and Excel.
• Understanding of private equity and stock options.
