Salary: $175,000 – $200,000

What you will do

• Own product design end-to-end, partnering with Product and Engineering to improve key revenue and growth metrics.
• Integrate AI into the creative process for ideation, exploration, and pressure-testing concepts.
• Rapidly validate ideas through lightweight research and direct user feedback to build momentum.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and work closely with code to iterate on real interactions.
• Design transparent and simple monetization experiences that clearly communicate value to users.
• Collaborate with engineers to minimize friction between design concepts and final production.

Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years of product design experience with a track record of shipping high-impact work.
• Experience designing for growth, monetization, or marketplace products, such as subscriptions and conversion funnels.
• Ability to independently lead ambiguous, complex problem spaces through to execution.
• High level of craft in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
• Proficiency using AI tools to accelerate exploration and iteration workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Los Angeles or San Francisco, California.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing directly to production code (e.g., React, Swift, or Kotlin).
• Background in fintech, gaming, or other monetization-heavy domains.
• Experience designing AI-powered or highly personalized product experiences.
