What you will do

• Develop organizational and online community goals for clients.
• Make strategy, marketing, messaging, and community platform configuration recommendations.
• Conduct client training on the platform's capabilities.
• Lead and manage your own client list, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Manage implementation projects for new clients.
• Assist with community engagement and campaign activities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required; MBA or graduate degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, consulting, project management, program management, or community management roles.
• Strong understanding of online marketing techniques, social media, and online community.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, API and SSO.
• Experience with SaaS software and CMS platforms.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (without sponsorship).
