What you will do

• Support the global HR Transformation Program and manage work packages for CoE implementation.
• Execute PMO tasks including progress tracking, facilitating calls, and steering team to-dos.
• Conduct and visualize data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Organize and document workshops and meetings with the global HR community.
• Research AI in HR and contribute to the design of the new HR Strategy.
• Perform business case calculations for HR initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in project rollouts, preferably in HR Transformation.
• Career background in consultancy or a multi-national corporate environment.
• Proficiency in classical and agile Project Management.
• Fluent English (German is an asset).
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Based in or able to relocate to Wrocław, Poland.

• Knowledge of AI applications within HR.
• Proficiency in German.
