• Lead 2–3 client engagements across various industries as the senior strategy owner.
• Drive strategic deliverables including digital roadmaps, organizational design, current-state audits, and long-term planning.
• Synthesize complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations tailored for executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative, data, and experience teams to ensure integrated strategic thinking.
• Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and development opportunities.
• Contribute to internal growth through thought leadership and pitch development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of leading strategic engagements and delivering results across multiple industries.
• Strong portfolio featuring digital roadmaps, strategic frameworks, and executive presentations.
• Ability to distill complexity into compelling narratives and bring structure to ambiguous challenges.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and client management skills.
• Must be based in the USA (specifically Cincinnati, Dallas, or Minneapolis).
