Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 a year

What you will do
- Lead 2–3 client engagements across various industries as the senior strategy owner.
- Drive strategic deliverables including digital roadmaps, organizational design, current-state audits, and long-term planning.
- Synthesize complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations tailored for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative, data, and experience teams to ensure integrated strategic thinking.
- Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and development opportunities.
- Contribute to internal growth through thought leadership and pitch development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of leading strategic engagements and delivering results across multiple industries.
- Strong portfolio featuring digital roadmaps, strategic frameworks, and executive presentations.
- Ability to distill complexity into compelling narratives and bring structure to ambiguous challenges.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and client management skills.
- Must be based in the USA (specifically Cincinnati, Dallas, or Minneapolis).
